Learning objectives
Acquisition of theoretical and practical knowledge on the establishment, use and maintenance of real estate cadastre, line cadastre and land registry.
Learning outcomes
Upon successful completion of this course, the student will be able to participate in the establishment, renewal and maintenance of real estate cadastre, line cadastre, database development, digital cadastral plans of real estate cadastre and line cadastre. Through practical tasks, they are trained to use available software tools for maintaining the real estate cadastre and lines and making digital geodetic plans.
Content
The program was implemented from 2007-2019. years. Basic concepts of the real estate cadastre. Basic concepts of geodetic plans. Historical development. Digital cadastral plans (DKP). Geodetic basis for surveying real estate and lines. Determination and marking of cadastral territorial units. Real Estate Cadastre. Real estate rights. State authorities. Administrative procedures. Establishment and renewal of the real estate cadastre. Real estate cadastre data content. Maintenance of real estate survey and cadastre. Collection of data on lines. Mutual harmonization of lines. Cadastre of lines. Data content of the land cadastre. Information systems. Database of real estate cadastre and utilities.
Teaching Methods
Classes are held through lectures during which students are introduced to the theoretical foundations of cadastre real estate. Lectures are followed by exercises in the computer room, where students use software for development of digital geodetic plans, development of a real estate cadastre database and elaboration of procedures maintenance of the real estate cadastre.
Evaluation and grading
Knowledge test: the activity in lectures and exercises (5 points), the written essay (independence in writing, form, and content (10 points)), the defense of the essay by stages of writing (35 points in total), and the final exam (50 points) are evaluated.
