Rector Gajanin met with Ambassador Kovačević

The Rector of the University of Banja Luka, Prof. Radoslav Gajanin, PhD, met with the Ambassador of Bosnia and Herzegovina to Israel Duško Kovačević, on 4 February 2026.

During the meeting in the Rectorate, which was also attended by the Vice-Rector for Human and Material Resources at the University of Banja Luka, Prof. Dalibor Kesić, PhD, they discussed the cooperation of the UNIBL with higher education institutions in Israel, and the possibilities to improve it further. 

They emphasized the importance of strengthening academic ties, exchanging teachers and students, and developing joint scientific research projects.

Rector Gajanin stressed the determination of the University of Banja Luka for internationalization and developing partnerships with distinguished universities, while Ambassador Kovačević expressed readiness to give further support to connecting academic institutions in strengthening the bilateral cooperation in the field of higher education.
