Representatives of the UNIBL at the symposium on anatomy
University of Banja LukaGeneralRepresentatives of the Medical Faculty at the University of Banja Luka (MED UNIBL), Prof. Vesna Gajanin, PhD, Prof. Igor Sladojević, PhD, and an assistant, Anđela Milekić, participated in the national symposium with international participation “Developmental history of the Serbian anatomy through centuries”, which was held on 9 December 2025 at the Institute of Anatomy “Niko Miljanić” of the Faculty of Medicine at the University of Belgrade.
The symposium was organized by the Department for Clinical and Applied Anatomy of the Serbian Medical Doctors’ Society, in cooperation with the Institute of Anatomy “Niko Miljanić”. Professor Igor Sladojević, PhD, held a lecture titled “Pain expansion with Carpal tunnel symptom: quantitative sensory testing”, while Professor Vesna Gajanin, PhD, and Assistant Anđela Milekić actively contributed to discussions and exchange of experiences with colleagues.
By the Decision of the Health Council of the Republic of Serbia, this symposium was accredited, and the participants had an opportunity to exchange new scientific knowledge, point out the significance of developing the medical science, and encourage future cooperation in the field of Anatomy.
