Reconstruction of internal road communications on the Campus

The contract for the rebuilding and construction of the traffic network with the corresponding infrastructure on the University of Banja Luka campus, valued at 3,057,865.20 KM, was signed on 12 December 2025 in the Rectorate of UNIBL.

The contract was signed by the Rector of the University of Banja Luka, Prof. Radoslav Gajanin, PhD, and an authorized representative of the Bidder, Director of “Kozaraputevi” llc Banja Luka, Dejan Gaković. 

The timeline for the works is 180 days, counting from the day of granting access to the contractor.

A group of bidders, “Kozaraputevi” LLC Banja Luka and “ABC Solutions” LLC Banja Luka, was selected as the best bidder on a Bid for performing the works of rebuilding and construction of roads with the corresponding infrastructure in the University Campus.

The funds for the realization of this project were given from the grant of the President of the Republic of Srpska, in accordance with the Decision by the President’s cabinet of 26 August 2025 on awarding the financial aid to support the project “Managing the complex of Monuments of a park architecture of University Campus”.

Signing of the Contract was attended by the Vice-Rector for Human and Material Resources at the University of Banja Luka, Prof. Dalibor Kesić, PhD, and the Financial Director of the UNIBL, along with the Head of Office for Procurement, Marina Višković.
