Strengthening the cooperation within the Across Alliance

Representatives of the University of Banja Luka and the University of Technology from Bialystok met in the Rectorate of UNIBL on 4 November and discussed the improvement of cooperation in the field of international mobility and joint academic programs.

The meeting was attended by the Vice-Rector for International and Inter-University Cooperation of the University of Banja Luka, Prof. Kristina Pantelić Babić, Vice-Rector for International Cooperation of the University of Bialystok, Prof. Dorota Anna Krawczyk , PhD, Prof. Dorota Gawryluk, PhD, and Prof. Grażyna Jakimiuk, PhD, from the Office for International Agreements of the University of Technology of Bialystok.

During the meeting, they discussed the results of the previous cooperation within the Across Alliance, where the University of Banja Luka is an active member, as well as plans for new joint initiatives in the field of students’ and academic exchange.

The Vice-Rector, Prof. Dorota Anna Krawczyk, PhD, pointed out that the partnership with the University of Banja Luka is of great significance and she thanked them for the so far successful cooperation and support. According to the announcements, during this academic year, there will be Summer schools for students and conferences dedicated to topics of sustainable development and energy efficiency.

Prof. Pantelić Babić thanked the Bialystok colleagues for the visit and their engagement, and pointed out that joint acting through the Across Alliance is a significant step towards strengthening international cooperation and mobility.
