The first academic hour at the UNIBL

In all the Faculties and at the Academy of Art of the University of Banja Luka, the First Academic Hour shall be held for the students of the first year of the first cycle of studies, on 1 October 2025.

During the First Academic Hour, the students will be greeted by the leadership of each faculty and the Academy. This is an opportunity for the students to obtain all necessary information regarding the studies, organization of the teaching process and academic life at the University, in order to facilitate their inclusion into studying in a pleasant and successful manner.

To remind you, the teaching process in academic 2025/2026 for the freshmen students and senior students of the first cycle, as well as senior year students of the second and third cycle, starts on 1 October, while the first year students at the second and third cycle of studies start their teaching process on 27 October. The teaching process with occasional knowledge tests shall last until 16 January 2026, and the January exam term will be held from 19 January to 13 February.
