Kenjalo at the Global Youth Summit in Kazan
University of Banja LukaGeneralThe Head of Office for International and Inter-University Cooperation of the University of Banja Luka, M.Sc. Đorđe Kenjalo participated in the 4th Global Youth Summit, held from 27 to 30 August 2025 in Kazan.
This important forum discussed the future of education, artificial intelligence, and global cooperation, gathering 200 delegations from 45 countries, with young leaders, experts, representatives of ministries, and universities.
The central topic of the summit was “Education in the era of global changes: how to study and build a career in the world where artificial intelligence learns new skills faster than humans.” Numerous sessions were held throughout the conference program, including those on global academic mobility and the role of start-ups in the development of educational technologies and the application of AI in the teaching/learning process. The plenary session was dedicated to the topic “Educating a person in the era of global changes: career development based on values.”
During the stay in Kazan, Kenjalo met with the Kazan Federal University Vice-Rector for Foreign Affairs, Prof. Timirhan Bulatovich Alishev, and discussed the future activities that will be realized in line with the recently signed Cooperation Agreement with this university.
As a reminder, Vice-Rector Alishev visited the University of Banja Luka on 23 July 2025, during the visit of the delegation of the Republic of Tatarstan to the Republic of Srpska.
