The BEAMING project presented at international events

Representatives of the University of Banja Luka involved in the implementation of the BEAMING project presented the project’s activities and results at two important international conventions – the Agricultural Sciences Symposium “AgroReS 2025” in Trebinje, held from 26 to 29 May, and the GEA conference in Podgorica, which took place from 29 to 31 May 2025.

Both events brought together a large number of participants from the region and beyond, providing a platform for the exchange of knowledge and experience. The representatives of the University of Banja Luka presented the project’s key activities, achievements to date, future plans, and opportunities for cooperation within the framework of the “BEAMING” project.

The BEAMING project is funded through the European Union’s “Horizon Europe” programme and is aimed at enhancing excellence and fostering innovation in of bioeconomy. The project is being implemented over a four-year period, with the goal of strengthening the competitiveness and visibility of higher education institutions in Central, Eastern and Southeastern Europe, as well as the Western Balkans.

The participation of the University of Banja Luka’s representatives and the promotional activities at these events were supported by a project of the Ministry of Scientific and Technological Development and Higher Education of the Republic of Srpska.
