Representatives of UNIBL at the International Erasmus+ week in Bialystok
University of Banja LukaGeneralAcrossProf. Goran Janjić, PhD, from the faculty of Mechanical Engineering, and M.Sc. Đorđe Kenjalo, Head of Office for International and Inter-University Cooperation of the University of Banja Luka (UNIBL), participated in the 14th Erasmus+ international week held from 9 to 13 June 2025 at the University of Technology in Bialystok, Poland.
The University of Bialystok organizes workshops for partner universities twice a year, with the aim of strengthening cooperation within Erasmus+ program, exchange of good practices and development of an open academic environment.
Our representatives had a chance to present the University through cultural stands, by participating in thematic workshops and lectures, and to get better acquainted with activities within the Across Alliance, in which the UNIBL is a full partner.
During the stay in Poland, representatives of the UNIBL took part in an ecological action of forestation in the campus, in cooperation with volunteers in the project “My Green University.”
Besides the academic staff, students of UNIBL also participated in the activities, as they were playing in the football tournament “BUT CUP”, organized by the hosting institution.
The Banja Luka delegation met with the Honorary Consul of Bosnia and Herzegovina in Poland, Prof. Stanislaw Lunijewski, PhD, and discussed the possibility of extending the cooperation, especially in the domain of student practice in local companies in Bialystok.
