Meeting of Members of Across Alliance Knowledge Creation Teams (KCTs)

A working meeting of the members of the Knowledge Creation Teams (KCTs), operating within the international Across Alliance, was held on 27 June 2025 at the Rectorate of the University of Banja Luka.

The meeting was organised with the aim of coordinating upcoming activities, exchanging relevant information, and expanding opportunities for collaboration with partner institutions.

It gathered representatives of the KCTs and task leaders within the work package “Cross-Border Research and Innovation”, one of the key components of the Alliance, promoting inter-university scientific cooperation. Assistant Professor Anđela Pepić, PhD, task leader of the Cross-Border Research and Innovation Network, presented the activities being implemented within Work Package 3, under which the Knowledge-Creating Teams operate. Particular emphasis was placed on the establishment of a researcher network, support for academic staff mobility, and the planning of joint scientific events and conferences.

Participants had the opportunity to propose concrete initiatives and discuss collaboration prospects with partner universities, with the aim of enhancing joint work and more effective knowledge exchange. The need for stronger internal connectivity among KCT members across the Alliance was highlighted, through the identification of existing and future opportunities for joint action.

The meeting was recognised as an important step towards further strengthening cooperation, both at the level of the University of Banja Luka and within the broader framework of the Across Alliance, with a special focus on fostering innovation, internationalisation, and the development of a sustainable academic network.
