Professor Cedomir Crnogorac, PhD, Passed Away

Cedomir Crnogorac, PhD, retired professor of the Faculty of Natural Sciences and Mathematics of the University of Banja Luka, passed away on 7 November 2019.

He worked at the Faculty of Natural Sciences and Mathematics of the University of Banja Luka since the founding of the faculty and he made great scientific contribution to the development of geographical science in the scientific fields of Hydrology and Environmental Protection.

He held numerous positions as Head of the Geography Study Program and President of the Geographical Society of the Republic of Srpska.

He was a member of the Senate of the Republic of Srpska, and a member of the Council of Higher Education in the Republic of Srpska.

The funeral of Professor Cedomir Crnogorac, PhD, will be held on Saturday, 9 November 2019, at the cemetery in Vrbanja in Banja Luka at 14 o’clock.
