Learning objectives
Show the contemporary interaction of children and the media, with an emphasis on the relationship between children and digital media technologies. The intention is to show the ambivalent nature of the media and their influence on the safe upbringing and general health of the child in the media environment, on the one hand, but also on the possible positive side of the influence of media production on children, on the other.
Learning outcomes
Students will understand the problem of children's exposure to media and information technology. They will learn which qualities we particularly associate with children as an audience, as well as how they can safely use technology in everyday life and education, especially. Students will also familiarize themselves with the contents of the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child, especially with the protocols of this convention.

Teaching Methods
Classes will be held ex cathedra with continuous participation of students through encouragement for conversation, polemics, critical analysis, comparison of knowledge, creation of independent works and the like. The following can be used during lectures: video presentation, film, audio recording, infographics, animations and more.
