On November 30, 2017, a delegation of the University of Banja Luka met with Prof. Klemens Jägger, a representative of the FOM (Fachhochschule für Oekonomie & Management) University from Essen, Germany (University of Applied Sciences for Economy and Management).
The delegation, composed of Prof. Radoslav Gajanin, Acting Rector, Prof. Biljana Antunovic, Vice-Rector for International and Inter-University Cooperation, and Prof. Luka Kecman, Vice-Rector for Human and Material Resources, discussed the current and future cooperation with the University of Essen.
In addition, Prof. Jägger, who is a Honorary Doctor of the University of Banja Luka, was expressed gratitude for the scholarships the University of Essen awards to the students of the University of Banja Luka every year.
The meeting was followed by the gathering with the applicants for the ‘Fairnetzen’ scholarships, where the candidates were provided with an opportunity to discuss their details and programme.
This year’s competition was entered by 133 applicants, of whom 50 are going to be awarded scholarships in the amount of 200 Euros in the beginning of 2018, upon detailed insight into the documentation submitted.
